Spike made time on his way from Colorado to "whoknowswherenext" to say goodbye to Kati from Purrverts. Kati was one of the first to publish photos of Spike's journey and left the city of Wilmington a few weeks ago.
She'll still be on Purrverts though, so Spike can check that out when he gets warm feelings of whatever.
I like to think he came back just to visit me though. I advised him to make these pictures more interesting, because no one wants to see the "always gray" skies of Delaware...

Konichiwa in Tokyo
Before everyone "floods" this photographic journey of epic proportions with comments like "wth" and "Hey you lied to me you meanie-bo-beanie," let me explain.
No, Spike was not a giant in London. I wasn't lying, it really was the angle of things.
"But how, pray tell, is Spike now fighting a giant 200 foot tall Godzilla?"
Easy. Spike went to Tokyo and found it being destroyed, AGAIN, by Godzilla. Being the brave little kitten he is, he volunteered to be shot/injected/struck with radiation/laser beams/stem cells to grow to mammoth-sized and save Tokyo. Duh.
Though I believe after the fight Spike held the city hostage for all their Hello Kitty action figures.

Spikes first steps
This is Spike. See Spike climb.
Spike wanted to leave our humble abode and see new places. He outlined this very clearly in his 12 point letter to us. It's personal, else I would post it here. It talks about how he wants to see the world and grow as an individual, his hopes, his dreams (mostly about food. He likes McDonald's French Fries.)
He's promised to send us postcards and photos of his journey, as well as all his bills... Thanks Spike.
